Meet Bianca!
Hi! I am Bianca (she/her), a master’s level clinician who graduated from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine with a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I also received my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Temple University.
I've worked as an intensive outpatient group therapist and individual therapist with both adults and young adults 18+ in the greater Philadelphia area.
My specialty focuses on those struggling with anxiety, depression, bipolar, executive dysfunction, and mood disorders, as well as anyone searching for meaning and purpose as they navigate through life’s ups and downs.
In our work together, I take a client centered approach, recognizing that each client, along with their individual experiences and goals, are unique. I emphasize the importance of developing a safe, compassionate, and empowering therapeutic relationship with clients through unconditional positive regard, collaboration, authenticity, and humor. I also utilizes a blend of motivational interviewing, mindfulness, DBT, ACT, and a psychoanalytic approach to uncover patterns between past experiences and present difficulties.
Outside of sessions, you can find me spending time with my two siamese cats, enjoying nature & outdoors, attending concerts, and traveling.
